Trevor Sholders, Broker, Marketing Specialist, Rock Drummer, has been selling real estate since 2001, but selling something to anyone who would listen since before he could walk (just ask his family). All of the creative graphics pieces that spread the TeamYes! word are designed and created by Trevor. He’s the head of brainstorming and design when it comes to unique and effective strategies for getting houses sold quickly for top dollar. And when working with buyers, he’s thorough, helpful and protective of your interests, time and money. Within a short time after joining TeamYes!, Trevor became a mentor and teacher, showing other new agents how to quickly achieve competency and professionalism.

Adrienne Blackwood, Transaction Coordinator, Mom Of Haley and Zack, Trevor’s Sister, Broker-to-be, is also the backbone of the TeamYes! client support and business development enterprises. She keeps track of the money, the database, the gift certificates and the chocolate supply. Most of the TeamYes! gift items you’ll receive have Adrienne’s unique touch on them. She also makes sure Trevor and Chris stay organized and on top of our clients’ priorities. She answers your questions or gets the answers if she doesn’t have them. Adrienne paints, dances and lives deep in the heart of Boulder and her family.

Chris Welch, Broker, Mediator, Keller Williams Front Range Properties Founder, Wordsmith, Negotiation Specialist and Former Log-Home Builder, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1990. As former Chairman and 6-year-member of the Colorado Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, he is an expert and a fanatic about Realtor ethics. He provides Mediation and Arbitration services free-of-charge to the state and local Realtor Associations. As a calm and skilled negotiator, he has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in favorably achieving their real estate objectives. In 2003, Chris was selected by his 1,200 peers in the Boulder Area Realtor Association as the Distinguished Realtor of the Year. He also holds the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and e-Pro (an Internet-Certified Realtor).
