NOMINATIONS, PLEASE

It's time to think about who you'd like to nominate for two prestigious awards to be presented at the Annual Installation meeting in September. Please take a moment, put your thoughts in writing and submit your nomination to Cheryl Sprague at the Association office. Nomination forms are on our website, www.BoulderAreaRealtor.com Deadline is Friday, August 20.

REALTORŪ-OF-THE-YEAR

Nominees shall meet the following criteria:

1. REALTORŪ for five years.
2. Current president ineligible during term of office.
3. Loyalty to the real estate profession
4. Truthfulness and integrity
5. Contribution to fellow REALTORSŪ, the Boulder Area REALTORŪ Association, the Colorado Association and National Association of REALTORSŪ and the community.

This person should exemplify a model others would pattern after regarding:

exceptional REALTORŪ and community leadership, professional, ethical and knowledgeable conduct in real estate, contributions in ideas, time, effort, above what's required, to both REALTORSŪ and community activities.

DISTINGUISHED REALTORŪ

Nominees shall meet the following criteria:

1. REALTORŪ for five years.
2. Contribution to fellow REALTORSŪ, the Boulder Area REALTORŪ Association and the community.
3. Loyalty, truthfulness and integrity

This is a time honored award given to those REALTORSŪ who have given continuously through the years of their time and energy to the BABR and the community. They are the workhorses who can be depended upon year in and year out to do the important jobs for the rest of the membership. This is earned through years of dedication to the Association.
