The 2004 CAR State Convention

Get in gear and register now for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® 2004 State Convention, Sunday, October 17, through Tuesday, October 19, at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. This convention is the premiere event for real estate professionals in Colorado. Each year 2000 plus REALTORS® convene to take advantage of CAR's fantastic program offerings.

You will have the opportunity to energize your career by attending the state-of-the-art trade show with 100 plus exhibitors, or at any of the 30 plus education sessions, or by all the connections you'll make with the many networking opportunities. There are real estate classes for the beginning REALTOR® as well as the seasoned agent. Four courses that will be available for continuing education credit include: "Ninja Selling III " by Larry Kendall (8 hrs.CE), "NAR Ethics Course" by Debbie Long (3 hrs. CE), "Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Update Course" (Required annually - 3 hrs. CE), and the "MRE - Borrow With Confidence" by Tony Hernandez.

The 2004 Convention will feature many prominent national speakers. More details on who will be speaking will be coming soon. You can register online now through September 30, 2004, and receive $10 off the CAR member price of $75. Your registration fee will get you into all the education sessions, the exhibit hall, and the General Session.
