CAR MAILS ECONOMIC STUDY TO LOCAL OFFICIALS
This month, CAR's Public Affairs Division mailed a report on the impact of real estate on the Colorado economy to every elected official in Boulder and Broomfield counties. The report, compiled by researchers at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, based its findings on 2005 real estate data. A key finding is that one in every nine jobs in Colorado is attributed to the real estate industry, and it accounts for 18% of the state’s annual economic activity. You can review the study on CAR’s Website at www.coloradorealtors.org.
