TRUSTEES APPROVE 968-ACRE ANNEXATION
Erie Trustees approved the Bridge Water Annexation in October. The property is located north of Leon Wurl Parkway, situated between WCR3 and WCR5. Over the next 15 years nearly 3000 homes will be built in estate, suburban, mixed-use, low density, and medium density communities. At least 100 acres will be dedicated to open space and additional acreage to civic uses. Erie agreed to provide $60 million in public offsite improvements as part of the annexation agreement.
