ANTHEM RANCH CONSTRUCTION MOVING TOWARD 3100 UNIT TOTAL
Within the 2700-acre Anthem Colorado development south of Colo. 7 between I-25 and Lowell Blvd., Anthem Ranch is about one-quarter built out with approximately 850 homes. 650 have been sold. The largely age restricted Dell Webb/Pulte Homes project also boasts a 22,000 square foot full service recreation center that includes an indoor pool. 800 acres of open space has been dedicated within the project. Completion of the 3100 unit development is expected by 2011. When the entire Anthem Colorado is built out it is expected to provide 10,000 homes and as much as 14.5 million square feet of commercial space.
