POULTRY PLANT DEAL RESTRUCTURED

City officials and the Barber family have restructured the poultry plant site on east 120th deal to attract redevelopment. Instead of focusing on Big Box retail, broader zoning potential is being offered and additional land assembly will be considered. The city’s proposed financial contribution has been significantly reduced as well.
