LEGISLATURE ADJOURNS EARLY
The 2005 Colorado General Assembly adjourned on May 9, two days early of the required 120-day maximum session length. This is the first time that lawmakers adjourned early since the 120-day limit was passed in 1985.

#4 - Discouraged the introduction of legislation regarding Errors and Omissions insurance to be introduced this session by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
#3 - Defeated HB 1229 Rent Control Housing, which would have enabled local governments to pass ordinances for rent control housing.
