Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics provides the basis for professional conduct and relationships between REALTORSŪ and the public they serve. The Boulder Area REALTORŪ Association is charged by N.A.R. with the responsibility of enforcing the Code and to ensure member compliance with its objectives.

Grievance

The Grievance Committee is responsible for investigating all complaints and referring them to hearings when appropriate.

Mediation

Mediation can be a useful tool in resolving the conflicts that arise involving members, their clients and customers. Mediation can resolve controversy, promote amicable resolutions, and reduce the number of cases requiring more formal and complex arbitration procedures.

Arbitration

Arbitration of business disputes between members is an important service of the Association. Under the Code of Ethics, arbitration is both a duty and a privilege.
