Continuing Education

Continuing education is a major priority for the Boulder Area REALTORŪ Association. Subjects and speakers are carefully selected to meet current and ongoing member needs. These classes meet the continuing education requirements for the State of Colorado license renewal as well as providing specific designations to our members.

Designations

Your Association affiliation gives you access to classes which qualify you for many professional designations such as GRI, MRE, CRS, ABR, CRB, CCIM, and e-Pro just to name a few. Most courses also qualify for continuing education credit for license renewal as required by the State of Colorado.

Ethics and Orientation

Ethics and Orientation courses inform each new member of their responsibilities and opportunities as REALTORSŪ.

Resource Room

The Boulder Area REALTORŪ Association maintains a library/resource center at its office. All materials are available for member use at no cost. Included are audio tapes, books and videos.
