New Contracts Class Added!
"A Mid 2009 Forms & Contract Review" written and presented by Lorraine M. Roemer will be available on Friday, July 10th from 1 :00 - 4 :00. Due to many new laws the CREC has adopted many new and/or revised real estate forms and contracts. Mandatory use is JULY 1, 2009. This course provides 3 hours of elective CE credit.
New seller and buyer listing contract with new listing addendums, new disclosure documents including a dual status disclosure, a revised buy/sell contract, counter proposal, amend/extend and some forms have been repealed.
