Professional Standards Committee

Hears ethics, mediation and arbitration cases referred by the Grievance Committee and recommends disciplinary action. Minimum of five years membership required, must have completed the CAR Ethics course within the past five years and agree to attend an annual Professional Standards Training Course at BARA or CAR.

Note: Only a few openings per year, this panel is appointed by the Board of Directors and the majority of its members are Designated, Managing Brokers.
