I hereby apply for Primary - Secondary - Affiliate membership in the Boulder Area Realtor® Association and enclose my check in the amount of $160.00 for Primary, or $85.00 Secondary, to cover the annual dues which I understand will be returned to me in the event my application is not accepted by the Board of Directors. I do not hold an active real estate broker or appraiser license and do not qualify for any other membership status in the Association. (*The Primary member is the first person in a firm to join, s/he is the person who assumes responsibility for all financial obligations to the Association.)

I agree to support the Bylaws of the Boulder Area Realtor® Association and the Realtor® Code of Ethics and to pay fees and dues as established by the Board of Directors. I understand this application and membership in the Association are not transferable.

There is no application fee. Annual dues for the Primary member are $160 per calendar year and $85 for each Secondary, pro-rated quarterly. All information and billing will be mailed only to the address shown on this application. Membership in the Association is individual and there is no company membership. All monies owed the Association are due 30 days after billing. Dues paid to the Boulder Area Realtor® Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; however you should always check with your own tax advisor. A transfer fee of $25.00 will be assessed any member who transfers from one firm to another.
