BARA's Board of Directors

The governing body of the Association shall be the Board of Directors consisting of twelve (12) Realtor® members of the Association, four of whom shall be elected annually for a term of three (3) years at the annual election. As many Directors shall be elected each year as are required to fill vacancies. The retiring President shall serve for an additional term as Director for one year following his term of office as President. Any officer of the Corporation, except the Executive Vice President, shall serve as an additional Director with voting privileges for the years they hold office. The BARA CAR Directors shall have the right to vote, at their option, at BARA Directors' meetings.
